ADM (MEM)-2.jpg

The Meaningful Experience Model™ (MEM™ ) is a scientific discovery that emerged after more than a decade of text analysis, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to examine millions of words and uncover organizational culture. Grounded in complexity and relational thinking, MEM™ is a scientific model designed to:

Reveal how your narrative aligns with your purpose (Logos).

Decode whether your decisions at critical moments reflect your impact goals and larger purpose.

Illuminate the leverage points where meaning and action converge, guiding you toward alignment and transformation.

How MEM™ Works?

Through a scientific process of dataization of your own moments with ANLAMap method.

Why MEM™ Matters?

In a world of uncertainty and complexity, MEM™ gives you the tools to:

Move beyond fragmented metrics and focus on relational impact. Understand the deeper connections between your actions and your Logos.

Transform your narrative into meaningful outcomes that inspire both yourself and those around you.

By embracing MEM™ , you gain clarity on the alignment between your intentions, decisions, and impact—helping you lead with purpose and navigate complexity with confidence.

At ANLA LAB, MEM™ is your guide to understanding and designing a meaningful life and impactful leadership.
